FAQs
1. How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired products to your cart. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout page. Fill in your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Choose the option that is most convenient for you during the checkout process.
3. How long does shipping take?
The shipping time depends on your location, your purchased products and the shipping method you choose during checkout.
- Prints will be shipped directly from my printing partner, The Printspace
- Original paintings and candles will be shipped by me. I offer standard shipping options, which usually takes between 3-7 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary.
- Digital files will be sent almost straightaway.
- Clothes and cards are shipped by my partner Teemill. Please allow up to 3 working days for production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - 20.
4. What is your return policy?
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ZotHouse. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please send an email within 14 days of receiving your product so we can discuss how to proceed. Please note:
- Prints are made to order by the Printspace and can unfortunately not be returned. The same goes for clothes, cards and other merch that is custom made by Teemill. In the unlikely event the product arrives damaged or with a significant delay, I will send a replacement free of charge. I will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange.
- Candles can be returned if unused and shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
5. How sustainable and ethical are ZotHouse's products?
I make a conscious effort to work with materials that are sustainable and, where possible, ethical.
- The paper I use for my paintings are free from acids, chlorine and optical brighteners and they are made using hydroelectric power to reduce greenhouse emissions, as well as FSC certified pulp to protect forests. If you order a print of any of my paintings, they will be printed by The Printspace in London on Hahnemülle Bamboo paper. This paper is made from 90% Bamboo fibres and 10% cotton and represents naturalness and resource-saving paper production. The coffee I use to paint with is organic and ethically sourced, and grounds are reused in other artworks (like the Bialetti Confetti special) and candles. Check out their website to learn more.
- The candles are hand poured in repurposed (and reusable!) vintage ceramic cups, using sustainable and ethically sourced soy wax (so they're animal friendly), and for the cafeinated ones, used coffee grounds.
- Clothing and postcards are manufactured by a wonderful company called Teemill, you might know them from the fashion brand Rapanui. The products they make are all circular, which means that you can send your items back to them so they can recycle them into new products. I highly recommend you check their website and TED Talk if you want to learn more.
- Shipping wise: thanks to the great infrastructure form the Printspace and Teemill, all print and clothing orders are carbon neutral. For originals and candles, I try to (re)use as much recycled material as possible - so don't be surprised if any of your orders arrive in a repurposed cereal box!
6. Do you do custom made orders / commissions?
